Alex Chow

Alex Chow is the former Secretary General of the Hong Kong Federation of Students and led the only student delegation to Hong Kong authorities at the height of the Umbrella Movement. Chow has since become Chair of the Board of the Hong Kong Democracy Council and co-founded Flow, a Hong Kong diasporic magazine.
