Ali al-Ahmed‘s political career began at age 14, when he became Saudi Arabia’s youngest political prisoner. He has since been a frequent consultant to major world media outlets including CBS News, CNN, PBS, Fox News, The Washington Post, and the Associated Press. He is also the founder and director of the Institute for Gulf Affairs, which specialises on Saudi politics.
