Manuel Cuesta Morua

Dr. Manuel Cuesta Morúa is a Cuban dissident leader, a scholar, and a political activist. Born in Cuba where he is still based. Since he became engaged in politics in 1991, Morúa has been constantly arrrested, threatened, and detained by the Cuban Regime as a result of his pro-democracy activism.
