Lester Shum

Lester Shum is the former Deputy Secretary General of the Hong Kong Federation of Students. He was a primary delegate in the only student delegation to Hong Kong authorities at the height of the Umbrella Movement, and has since been disqualified from running for the Legislative Council and imprisoned.
