Ulysse Ellian is a Dutch lawyer and politician for the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, his family came to the Netherlands when he was a baby after his father, an Iranian law professor and critic of political Islam, fled the Iranian regime. Two of his family members were murdered by the Iranian regime.
