Dicki Chhoyang

Dicki Chhoyang is Minister for Development and International Relations for the Central Tibetan Administration, the Tibetan government in exile. In March 2011 Chhoyang was elected as one of two Tibetan Parliamentarians for the North American diaspora. Prior to taking up the post, she had worked on a number of community development projects in Tibet.
