NEW YORK, November 4, 2020 – The UN General Assembly’s decolonization committee, which includes all 193 member states, today adopted seven resolutions that single out or condemn Israel, and zero on the rest of the world. One of the texts condemns Israel for “repressive measures” against Syrian citizens in the Golan Heights, another renews the mandate of the corrupt UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), while another renews the mandate of a UN special committee to investigate “Israeli practices affecting the human rights of the Palestinian people.”
