U.N. debates Saudi women's rights

The U.N. Human Rights Council is right now debating Saudi women’s rights, in a report to be presented by its expert Philip Alston (page 13-17 here).
Will countries that elected Saudi Arabia to the Commission on the Status of Women—such as Belgium, and also likely Sweden, Norway, and Ireland—take the floor and apologize? Will they speak out for Saudi women’s rights? Will they demand Saudi Arabia be removed from the UNHRC, and the women’s rights commission (CSW)?
