Francesca Albanese, who recently became the first UN special rapporteur in history to be condemned by France and Germany for antisemitism, has again accused Israel of “genocide,” this time in a 25-page report that she presented before the 47-nation Human Rights Council. An advance copy of the report was obtained by UN Watch.

After she presented her report, UN Watch executive director Hillel Neuer took the floor.
