Mohamed Ahmed Mustafa is an UNRWA Teacher at Al-Aqsa High School in Tyre, Lebanon, and a member of the UNRWA Teachers Union. His neutrality violations include the following:
- Praises a close relative as a “hero” who is also a key member of the Hamas military wing.
- Calls for Hamas terrorists to “tear their [Jews’] livers apart” and prays for Allah to “cast terror into their [Jews] hearts and bring upon them your punishment and torment.”

Praises as “Hero” Key Member of Hamas Military Wing
When Mustafa’s close relative, Hadi Ali Muhammad Mustafa, was killed by the IDF in March 2024, Mustafa eulogized him on Facebook as a “hero” and reminisced about him. Hadi Mustafa was a key member of the Hamas military wing abroad, responsible for orchestrating attacks against Israel. (March-July 2024).
Incites Hamas Terrorism
On Twitter, Mustafa has also incited Hamas terrorism. For example, in December 2023, he posted a picture of a Hamas fighter with an RPG and ripped pants, commenting “It doesn’t matter if your clothes are torn, if you tear their livers apart.” (December 11, 2023).
In another tweet, Mustafa prays to God to “cast terror into their hearts and bring upon them your punishment and torment.” (December 2, 2023).
