Celebrates October 7th Hamas Attack With Students in Classroom
On October 9, 2023, El Bakari celebrated the October 7th attack in the classroom with his students and expressed solidarity with the Hamas “resistance.” He posted photos of his students on Facebook holding up their hands in victory signs and wrote “Yes, we love Palestine and we stand in solidarity with its resistance, its people, and its holy sites…” (October 9, 2023).
Organizes Marches For Student Solidarity with Hamas
El Bakari also posts photos of the student marches he organizes and speaks at to express solidarity with Hamas. The photos show students carrying photos of Hamas members and wearing Hamas headbands. (October 26, 2023).
Venerates Hamas Tel Aviv Light Rail Shooters
When Hamas terrorists attacked Israelis on the Tel Aviv/Jaffa light rail on October 1, 2024, killing seven civilians and injuring 17, El Bakari celebrated the gunmen as “blessed soldiers” who “make the nation happy.” He prayed for Allah to make “you [terrorists] happy as you made us happy” and to “comfort” and “guide” the terrorists and “shelter them and their families…” (October 1, 2024).
