Hillel Neuer is an international human rights lawyer, writer and executive director of United Nations Watch, a Geneva-based NGO. Mr. Neuer has testified before the European Parliament, Swiss Parliament, Dutch Parliament, and the U.S. Congress. His interventions at the United Nations have been watched by millions, and he has debated on CNN, BBC and Al Jazeera. Neuer has published in the Wall Street Journal, International Herald Tribune, Le Temps and other newspapers. McGill University awarded him an honorary doctorate for his human rights work, calling him “a voice for those without one.” Neuer received the King Charles III Coronation Medal for achievements abroad that bring credit to Canada. In 2016, the City of Chicago declared “Hillel Neuer Day,” citing his role “as one of the world’s foremost human rights advocates.” Neuer was named among the world’s most influential Jewish leaders by Ynet, Ma’ariv and The Jerusalem Post.
