President Clinton salutes UN Watch chair

Former U.S. President Bill Clinton sent this special video salute to UN Watch chair Alfred H. Moses on the recent occasion of his 80th birthday:

I’d like to congratulate Al Moses on his 80th birthday, and thank him again for his valuable public service both in Romania and in Cyprus when I was president. Al, I’ll never forget the crowd that greeted us in University Square in Bucharest during my visit there in 1997.
