Saudi Arabia made a joke of the U.N. Human Rights Council in 2013 by trading favors with the UK in a secret deal to ensure its election to the council.
Since then, Saudi Arabia has used the council to shield its human rights violations. Its unchecked violations have grown in size and severity, securing Saudi Arabia’s spot as one of the world’s worst abusers of human rights.
It is 2016, and it’s happening all over again. Make your voice heard by signing our petition to prevent Saudi Arabia’s re-election to the Human Rights Council.
